This is a custom designed, and made, 3d printed flat mount conversion for the "Gen3" aka Standard Starlink Terminal for use on campers, RVs, vans and any other surface wanting a flat mount.
This is a no-drill, no-cut, 100% reversible conversion that importantly retains all of the factory weather sealing that comes with the dish.
The kit comes in six pieces that need to be glued together - built in male and female notches ensure ease of use and a perfect alignment.
Once glued together the Starlink antenna can be inserted, I would recommend VHB taping the antenna to make sure it does move.
Depending on your desired level of "fitment" the fit can be adjusted.
If you wanted a looser fit, I would suggest placing the antenna and assembling the kit around the antenna. This will leave a 1/8-1/16 gap at each piece and will allow for an easier removal of the Starlink antenna/terminal if needed. VHB tape, or some adhesive is absolutely required for the antenna to be secured. The built in notches allow for the fit to be “adjustable” while still being secured, and with VHB tape on the bottom it’s all secure.
If you wanted a tight fit, you can assemble the kit independent of the dish. This will result in a *very* tight fit - you will need to (lightly) tap the antenna into place. You could probably get away with no using any adhesive or VHB tape, but I think it's still recommended.
Built in 1/4-20/M6 mounting holes at each corner allow for it to be through bolted, or VHB taped directly to a roof. I had the prototype VHB taped to the roof of my RV for over 3000 miles with zero issues - in fact it had stuck to my roof so well I ended up having to break the mount to get it off.

Just a note about USPS Express Mail (domestic) shipping - for whatever reason it's like 50/50 whether this is 1 day or 2 day shipping. It is no longer guaranteed overnight shipping. I unfortunately have no control over this, and have no idea what it will be until I go to print a label. It's frustrating, but I would plan on it being 2 day shipping.
That being said I *will* make sure to get it out in the AM and make sure it gets scanned in at my local post office.
