Whalen Post Insert Corner Connector for Costco Industrial Shelving Rack Storage 4x

This is a 3D printed replacement 'Post Insert' aka Corner Connector for the Whalen Storage Industrial Storage or Heavy Duty Storage Rack as sold at Costco (and other big box stores).

These pieces are easily lost, and I have found out the hard way that getting replacements from the manufacturer is nearly impossible.

Since these Post Inserts align the angle posts, they don't support them, these pieces are plenty strong. The rivet cross beams do all of the supporting on these racks.

These are the "original" (haha) replacements sold on Etsy. and are the exact same size as the originals. Some have tried making them taller however it makes it less strong and easier to break - in my testing the original size is the best one.

Please note that there might be slight differences in how these fit depending on how the shelves have been used or stored. Feel free to use a mallet or something to hammer them on and if you have any issues please don't hesitate to reach out - I will stand behind the product :)
